I had an excellent experience at Safa. I submitted an inquiry online and they got back to me right away. I stopped in on a Saturday and decided on the Longines I wanted. Staff was very friendly throughout. Just a few days later (Christmas Eve!) I got a call that my watch had arrived. Made my holiday even more special. Can't wait to purchase my next piece at Safa as well.

Got a special order Seiko through them and the entire process was great. Also got a gold chain that was very reasonable priced. Great customer service and top notch quality jewelry.
