    Presage Style ’60s Collection. Offering the finest in Japanese mechanical watchmaking, the Presage Collection blends precision technology with superior craftsmanship and design. With broad angular lines and such vintage details as box-shaped crystals, faceted indices and sharp hand design, plus the use of neutrals and earth tones, the Style ’60s collection creates a warm, retro feel. Celebrating the fresh spirit of the 1960s, the collection takes particular inspiration from Seiko’s 1964 “Crown Chronograph,” Japan’s first watch with a stopwatch function. Framed by a black bezel, the ivory dial features power reserve and date displays, as well as LumiBrite hands and markers. The screwdown see-through caseback provides a view of the 29-jewel movement with manual winding capability, a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour and a power reserve of approximately 41 hours. I had an excellent experience at Safa. I submitted an inquiry online and they got back to me right away. I stopped in on a Saturday and decided on the Longines I wanted. Staff was very friendly throughout. Just a few days later (Christmas Eve!) I got a call that my watch had arrived. Made my holiday even more special.
